In 1915, Sir Ernest Shackleton rescued the entire crew from his three-masted barquentine ship, called Endurance, before it sank among miles of ice pack near Antarctica. This story of leadership and bravery was the inspiration for Endurance Risk & Management Services.

Anyone who’s been in business for any length of time knows that it takes endurance to make it. The Endurance mission is to help assess the turbulent waters of business ownership and address potential issues before they arise—giving clients the peace of mind to focus on their destination.

When I partnered with CEO Scott C. Mayor to bring his vision for this company to life, I dove deeply into the inspiring history of the Endurance shipwreck. I wanted to use imagery that conceptualized that story while establishing his business as a beacon of trust and competence in the Tulsa community and beyond. The custom typography fitted with sail-shaped serifs combined with sleek curves and a strong color palette give this brand a timeless aesthetic that can weather any storm.
